I have been selling on ecrater since 2005.I sold many years on the well known auction site with well over 6000 sales in the United States and many countries outside of the US. I maintained a 100% positive rating. If you are interested in that information I can provide it.
Do I offer International Shipping?
Yes, I do. I will ship to Canada, England, Germany, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden.
Please contact me for a shipping cost and refer to the item you are interested in.
Do I offer a lay-a-way plan?
I will consider offering a lay-a-way for purchases over the amount of $150.00. With an up-front payment of one-third of the item cost. The lay-a-way would not exceed a 60 day time frame.
The up-front amount would not be refunded if you decide to back out or default on the time frame.
If any unforeseen event occurs you should immediately notify me.
How will I receive a Refund and When?
In the event you need to return an item your payment will be refunded to you in the same manner as the payment was made. Your refund will be sent you to within two days of my receiving the return of the item in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
You must contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item of any issues/discrepancies regarding return of the item. The item must be returned within 3 days.
Combining shipping for more than one purchase to save shipping costs
Absolutely! I Love combining your items to save on shipping costs. I will allow purchases made within the same week to be included in the combined shipping savings.
When you purchase the system will not automatically adjust the shipping cost. When you purchase more than one item, I will have to adjust the shipping and send you a new invoice.
I make every attempt to be accurate on the shipping cost. If I find that I have overcharged on an item I certainly will refund that amount if over a $1.00.
